One of our prestigious local clients in Colombo, a leading Foreign Employment & Recruitment Agency, is looking for an experienced Assistant Managers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations, both locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with overseas principals and maintain regular communication.
- Ensure compliance with SLBFE regulations and documentation standards.
- Manage candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview processes.
- Supervise and guide recruitment executives and support staff.
- Handle client and candidate inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and team efficiency.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and government bodies when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior years of experience in recruitment and/or foreign employment sector.
- Strong knowledge of SLBFE regulations and documentation processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
- Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in HR, Management, or related field.
