One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for hardworking and reliable Technical Helpers to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will assist technicians with general maintenance, repair, installation and troubleshooting activities while ensuring tools, equipment and work areas are properly maintained.

SALARY:

MVR 4,500.00 (Approx. LKR 95,500+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist technicians with general maintenance and repair work.
• Support technicians during installation, maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Prepare tools, equipment and materials required for maintenance work.
• Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition.
• Assist with carrying, handling and organising maintenance materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow instructions provided by technicians and supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and company regulations.
• Report damaged tools, equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other technical support duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic technical knowledge or relevant experience will be preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance or technical work will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and assist in various maintenance tasks.
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, hardworking and dependable personality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
