One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for experienced AC Technicians to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing air-conditioning systems while ensuring efficient operation, safety and compliance with required maintenance standards.

SALARY:

MVR 6,950.00 (Approx. LKR 147,000+)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain and repair air-conditioning systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting of AC systems and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of air-conditioning systems.
• Inspect AC equipment and identify potential technical issues.
• Follow safety and operational procedures during maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.
• Report major faults, equipment issues and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to air-conditioning maintenance as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC/air-conditioning.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to diagnose faults and troubleshoot AC systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in a tropical environment.
• Responsible, hardworking and safety-conscious attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
