One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Site Engineers (Mechanical) to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising mechanical engineering activities at project sites, ensuring work is carried out according to technical requirements, project specifications and required safety standards.

SALARY: KWD 400 – 600

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical engineering activities at project sites.
• Monitor mechanical works to ensure compliance with project specifications and required standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure mechanical works are completed according to the required schedule.
• Review and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality and progress of mechanical works.
• Identify technical issues at the site and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Ensure mechanical installations and activities comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates and relevant technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams regarding site requirements and technical matters.
• Ensure proper use of materials, equipment and resources at the project site.
• Follow all company, project and site safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of Gulf experience in a relevant mechanical engineering/site engineering role.
• Strong practical knowledge of mechanical engineering works and site operations.
• Experience supervising and coordinating mechanical activities at project sites.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• Good knowledge of site safety and quality requirements.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good technical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Candidates with relevant Gulf project experience will be preferred.
