One of our prestigious clients in Kuwait is looking for experienced Housekeeping Assistant Managers to join their team immediately.
SALARY: KWD 350
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet cleanliness standards.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and provide guidance.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Train and support housekeeping team members.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality.
