Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell credit card and personal loan products to prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new customer leads through direct sales and other suitable channels.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, terms, and benefits to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful applications.
- Collect and verify required customer information and documentation.
- Ensure applications are completed accurately and submitted according to company procedures.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the application process.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Follow all company policies, compliance requirements, and applicable financial-service regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in credit card, personal loan, banking, financial services, or direct sales is preferredProven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good English communication skills.
- Candidates with UAE sales experience will have an advantage
