Our client who is into "Diversified Business", is looking for an experienced "Assistant Manager" to join their team immediately.
SALARY: Rs. 50,000 + Allowance
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Age between 30 - 40 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Qualification in CIMA, ACCA or MBA is a must.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role with a stable work history.
- Proficiency in working with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, databases, and office software.
- Excellent communication/comprehension skills in both written & spoken English.
- Ability to communicate with judgment, diplomacy, and tact with clients from various backgrounds.
- Ability to work autonomously when required.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving attitude.
- Self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Team player with proven leadership skills.
