One of our prestigious clients in Maldives is looking for experienced Waitresses to join their team immediately.

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals professionally, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards within the dining area.

SALARY: USD 350 – 400 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean and ready for service.
• Respond to customer requests and handle complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Follow company service standards and workplace procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Ability to work in Maldives for the duration of the employment contract.
