ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the review & drafting all legal documents.
- Prepare corporate & legal documents.
- Assist in monitoring changes in law & regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and advice the legal team.
- Assisting in providing legal opinions & preparation of legal documents.
- Go in par with the organizations legal entity.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- At least 1 year experience in related field.
- Bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.
- Should be able to handle corporate & labor law.
- Fluent in English.
